WINCH 82

The WINCH 82 is a dual-motor 80kg hoist for live stage, permanent installation, and public art projects. It features 12m (39.3ft) of lift cable with pass-thru power and data. Dual motors allow level lifting, tilting, and asynchronous lifting. Position can be indexed with slow to quick movement, and when used in multiples connected to a DMX lighting console, an endless range of kinetic visual effects are possible.

WINCH 82 can be directly connected to lighting consoles via network DMX (ArtNet, sACN), enabling fast integration into live production environments. It serves as a powerful core for large sized lighting fixtures, dynamic props, and lifting backdrops.

WINCH 82 also features a host of protection features for safe operation of a single winch or a system of multiple winches working together. LumiOS provides software for set-up and monitoring of multi-winch systems.

- Cable Spooling Protection: Auto stop when mis-spooling is detected
- Cable Overload Protection: Auto stop when load limit is exceeded
